Our History - A Family Business at Heart
Founded in the 1960s by Joseph Cortese, NobleSpirit began as a family-run business built on a passion for stamps and collecting. What started as a lifelong interest in philately grew into expertise across U.S. and worldwide stamps, coins, and a broad range of valuable collectibles.
In 1998, NobleSpirit expanded its reach by joining eBay, bringing exceptional collections and rare material to collectors around the world. Today, the company has served more than 150,000 customers in over 76 countries while maintaining the personal service and expertise that have defined the business for more than five decades.
Located in Concord, New Hampshire, NobleSpirit's team includes experienced philatelists, numismatists, collectibles specialists, product photographers, and shipping professionals dedicated to helping collectors, families, and estates maximize the value of their collections.
Today, Joseph's son Michael Cortese continues the family legacy as Vice President of NobleSpirit.
